Office 2019 and MAPI doesnt work (Outlook crashes)

Just patched the new updates on windows10 1909 and Office 2019. When accessing calendar and contacts, outlook crashes.

Using IMAP and EAS works but EAS is slow and annoying.

Its tested on both 32/64 bit versions.

Works on any version prior to 1903.

Office 2010, 2013 and 2016 works fine.

Just to further distribute som info.

A clean empty account works fine. Even on Windows10 1909.

Used acounts with data in the them makes outlook crash.

On 1803 it works fine even with the latest office patches.
