keeps going disabled

i have several outlook 2013 machines that seem to randomly disable the mapi connector.
if you go file to options and then add-in
go to the connector and select go
then place the check mark in the connector to re-enable it
it seems to work for at least the day.
Sometimes it stays working sometimes you have to do this every morning.

Hi,

What version of the connector are you running? If not the latest on our downloads then please upgrade to see if this helps. Do you see any Windows event log errors relating to problems with the MailEnable com addin?

It is the latest one from the site.
There are no references really in the windows logs.
There are no errors when you re-enable it.
But i had 4 more do it this morning.

This issue seems to be getting worse
now i have some just dropping in middle of the day
no error or anything. Just the server tab up top goes away and mail stops flowing

i then have to go through the whole enable process again.
but then it 50% chance it stays working

I experience the same issue. I had to give up on the MAPI connector and switch to IMAP.

I experienced once last week, after applied patches for outlook 2010, email is no longer coming in, but outgoing is fine.
Then I realize my server tab is gone and no longer there in outlook.
Solution is to re-install it again, everything worked right away, you don't even need to re-create the account with connector plugin.

So chances are something is crashing your connector, in my case it's the hotfix for outlook.
