Hi
Clients are using outlook and everytime a folder updates, outlook stops responding and users get interrupted.
Could this be set to be a background task so it wouldnt be as annoying??

Hi,
Have you enabled the option to "Hide Download Progress" within the MAPI options?

Sorry. Option is checked and outlook restarted.
After a few seconds the box reappears and keeps doing that when a folder is updated.
Like it has no effect at all.

After a few seconds, the box comes back. This happens every time a folder is changed.

Its only one user from a client....
The rest is working fine.
Outlook profile deleted.
New profile created.
Everything is configured the same as the other users.
She is still seeing the box.... and it doesnt change.
