Contacts losing Full Name

Over the past few weeks I have noticed that randomly contacts in my address book are losing their "Full Name" from the vCard.

I only use EAS to access these contacts via Outlook (Office 365) or the Android Contacts App.

I have corrected some of the entries, but it seems they get corrupted again later without me even touching them.

I can see this happening as the names drop off of my WhatsApp and just show telephone numbers.

Does the full name entry go missing, or is it being overwritten by something incorrect? If the contacts are only accessed via EAS then you could enable logging for EAS just on that mailbox to see what the client is sending up. I think with EAS the client would send us the FileAs string which is mapped to the display name/FN property in the saved file on the server.

It totally goes missing.

When created, the FileAs is fine.

Once corrupt, the FileAs is still the same.
