Exchange Active Sync

Ok I have upgraded to Enterprise 6.5. I have active-sync setup and everything verifys including all tests, active sync, auto discovery and ssl is working and verified.
Email and calendar seems to work but the contacts won't sync.

Need some help figuring out why contacts don't sync from phone to outlook and from outlook to phone.

I was incorrect about the contacts not working. They are working.
Contacts are keep in a separate contact list on the phone or at least with an Android Phone.
