I would like to customize the output of the autodiscover.xml file. It works fine for people who want to use activesync, but I also wanted it to output info for automatic installation in outlook (those that don't want to use the MAPI). Before, I just had a custom file in domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml, but that is now being used by your protocols website.
Is there a way to have both the activesync autodiscover, while allowing the information for outlook to do an autoconfigure?

ActiveSync requires additional processing rather than simply serving a static autodiscover file. At this stage it is not possible to support multiple autodiscovery responses. However, it may be possible to utilize the global.asax file and intercept the request at an application level. Then you could determine that the request is not a mobile request and return alternate content before the MailEnable autodiscovery handler fires. We will investigate this further.
