Mails deleted via EAS are not deleted in Mailbox

When I delete an E-Mail on my mobile (Windows Phone 8 ) it is not deleted on Outlook and also not deleted in webmail.

Is this a Setting I can change somewhere?

Hi,

The delete will not occur instantly. A sync needs to occur between the client and server. Have you tried issuing a manual sync on the device to see if the message gets removed on server? Also what version of MailEnable do you have installed? If not the latest that is available on our downloads page then I suggest you upgrade.

I'm using Version 8.50. When synching manually, the Items really get deleted. Thanks for the hint, that will help a little. I just need to check how to manually synch Outlook also. Anyway it is strange that this Information was not synched automatically for weeks. Because this works with Exchange.

I will also try to upgrade to the latest version and get some Feedback.

I'm having some serious trouble with Windows Phone 8 and ME EAS. Sometimes, appointments get duplicated several times up to 300 times. That is very annoying as you can't use the mobile before confirming the 300 reminder Messages.

If you are not running 8.53 then you need to upgrade as there has been many fixes to cater for Windows 8 phones that you need to be applied.

I just can encourage everyone updating to EAS 8.55. Synchronization between the different devices works a lot smoother now.
