iPhone will not sync calendar or contacts

I used the setup that was linking to the webmail page on my iphone 5s running iOS 8.3. Everything seems to work eventually with the exception of the calander and contacts sync. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you navigate to the same URL presented on the client settings page in web mail for CalDAV and CardDAV in an internet browser do you receive a response?
