EAS Licencing issue

EAS Licencing issue

We have purchase 50 user active sync license only one used we have 49 left but we can't connect more device due to this error :(
Command:Sync
Result:License Validaton Failed.
Status:
Explanation:Either the license has expired, the quota for the post office has been exhausted or there are no more EAS licenses available.

my mail enable server version is 8.6 OS windows 2008 R2 any one help me how to resolved that issue

Hi,

Open the ActiveSync management utility and navigate to the "Postoffice allocation" tab. If "Allocate license limits by postoffice" enabled?

can you please share me step by step configuration of active sync license activation process please note that we are not using SSL
