Outlook 2013 crashed again and did so with client using 2013 as well.
Upgrading to ME 9.50 hasn't fixed the problem and had to switch client to MAPI connector which is slow and not ideal.
We really need some answers or resolution to this problem.
Is it an ME problem or Outlook problem? The default email app with Windows 10 using activesync doesn't crash!

Re: Outlook crashing again after upgrade to ME 9.50
Hi,
The best way forward is to lodge a support ticket under upgrade and provide the following:
1. Enable Outlook troubleshooting logs. When the client crashes send through zipped up copies of the EASLogFiles. https://support.office.com/en-us/articl ... ffd4034af5
2. Enable EAS server side logging and filter on the mailbox in question. When it crashes zip up the logs and send through. OR provide RDP access or Teamviewer access so we can analyse them on the server.
3. Any Windows event log errors that are logged when the client crashes.
