Hi,
We have a customer running a licensed version of MailEnable Enterprise Edition (V9) which has been running great up until 3 weeks ago when it stopped allowing iOS devices to access the active sync features. It works fine with Outlook Clients.
The only error we can find in the Diag report is
Exchange ActiveSync
The following table outlines Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) settings and configuration information.
Test Detail Test Data Test Response Status
Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) Availability Enabled Pass
Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) License Validity Invalid. Could not contact license server. Warn
The System messages shows
Message: License rejected for MailEnable ActiveSync. Could not contact license server.
Any ideas how to sort this out please.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
What do you see under the "Licensing" tab within the "MailEnable ActiveSync management" utility? Can you paste the error if one is reported.
