incomplete activesync on outlook 2016
incomplete activesync on outlook 2016
We are new to activesync on mailenable, and it appears to be working with iphones, but we have been unable to get a complete sync with outlook 2016. It starts downloading messages, and then the state goes to disconnected without downloading a complete set of messages. Manually checking from the client does not help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi,
Ensure your running the latest version of MailEnable as there has been many fixes and improvements for EAS Outlook 2013+ clients.
