Every once in a while, activesync stops working. The only recourse is to reboot the machine. I haven't had a chance to dig through the logs. Has anyone else had this issue or have a solution?

When you say AS stops working, what is happening to indicate it stops working?
I have 4 users in an office that use AS to share calendars. Outlook randomly shows 'disconnected' in the right of the status bar. Exit Outlook and restart Outlook - can't find the server. Rebooting the PC solves the problem. This happens multiple times a day.
I have 100+ more email addresses, but they're set up to use IMAP. When originally set up as MAPI (with the Outlook connector) the Inbox often did not show all the mail in the Inbox that we could see using webmail.

Nothing to do with outlook. Their mobile devices simply stop picking up email unless I reboot the server. Restarting all services doesn't seem to do it either. MY own cell phone also stops picking up email. No errors.
