Hi there,
My EAS account is missing all folders except the standard Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, etc list of folders. I've cleared Sync data twice and tried the _change_dty file with no luck.
I can see the folders on webmail and my Android phone.
Is there a way to fix this?
I'm running latest version of ME.

What EAS client are you using? Have you tried removing and readding the account?

I am using Outlook 2020 (or latest).
I ended up removing the account and re-adding it though that's not my preferred method. It's meant re-downloading the entire account again.
