Hi
when I configure an IMAP account (SSL o no SSL), correctly displays the accounts and folders, start downloading messages but after a few seconds Office 2013 crashes
LOG:

02/08/13 17:24:02 IMAP-IN 2520 xxx.xxx.xx.xxx NOOP NOOP * 0 EXISTS 48 11 domain.it namemailbox

However configuring "MAPI" and everything works very well

Re: Error IMAP > Office 2013
Hi, I'm also having similar problems, as are plenty of others, with Outlook 2013. I believe it's a Microsoft issue, but it'll be interesting to hear if MailEnable can comment further on possible causes and/or fixes.
Hopefully there's something MailEnable can do to help, as Outlook 2013 is practically useless with IMAP at the moment.
[Admin Edit: Please see fixes mentioned at further down in this thread]

Re: Error IMAP > Office 2013
update:
I have verified that Office 2013 crashes many times also with MAPI
what could be the problem?

Re: [SOLVED] Error IMAP > Office 2013
The problem was caused by “Outlook COM Addins or Extensions > Kaspersky Outlook Anti-Spam Addin”
Disabling the component everything works perfectly
thank you Andrew

Re: [SOLVED] Error IMAP > Office 2013
I don't have this add-in or any others and am still experiencing problems. Unless MailEnable have any better suggestions, I will downgrade back to Office 2010.

Re: [SOLVED] Error IMAP > Office 2013
We have identified the problem and have a fix.
As suggested, it appears to be a bug in Outlook 2013.
The following kits address the issue:
http://www.mailenable.com/Premium680.exe
http://www.mailenable.com/Enterprise680.exe
http://www.mailenable.com/Professional680.exe
http://www.mailenable.com/Standard680.exe
The change in these kits detects the behaviour and adapts the response so as to avoid the looping.
The betas have been updated too:
http://www.mailenable.com/Premium70.exe
http://www.mailenable.com/Enterprise70.exe
http://www.mailenable.com/Professional70.exe
http://www.mailenable.com/Standard70.exe

Re: [SOLVED] Error IMAP > Office 2013
Hi, thank you ever so much for giving this your attention. I've installed the latest version, so hopefully Outlook will become more usable. What a shame Microsoft can't give the bug this sort of attention, as users have been reporting it since October last year. I'll post again if I notice any issues.

Re: [SOLVED] Error IMAP > Office 2013
I noticed that v6.80 is not listed in the the downloads page. Is this version a final and supported built?
