An ongoing problem with the white-listing feature in webmail is that when a customer white-lists an e-mail address it appears to white-list the "Envelope-From" address, as opposed to the "From" address. This is causing quite a bit of problems and headaches with customers since mail is still going in to the Junk Mail folder when a message is white-listed. I have heard that Mailenable is aware of this issue and that there is no ETA when it will be corrected. Has there been any progress with this? Is there a workaround that we can give to customers with this problem?
