update to version 8.58 Enterprise

Post by kather »

after an update to this last version from a previous version 8.x the recurrence calendar items are not shown in the different applications. On webmail it will not shown; in the Android nor the iPhone app no recurring calendar items are shown and in the last outlook.com app neither.

All other calendar item are shown in all applications.

For (desktop) Outlook 2013 we use the MAPI connector (also last week there was a update); for the Android & iPhone we use EAS.

But creating a new recurring calendar item in (desktop) Outlook 2013 will show the new item also in webmail, Android app and iPhone app.
So concerning the new items not showing in the Outlook app for Android seems to be a problem of the Outlook app self?

Still the existing recurring calendar items are not visible inn any application; only on the application were they were initially created.

Is it ME, EAS, MAPI or the several apps that causes this problem?

BTW before the update to v8.58 recurring calendar items were shown in all applications (Webmail, Android & iPhone); we just installed the Outlook app after the update so we don't know this.

Also we noticed that a former 'error' is coming up again:

the process 'w3wp.exe' under the 'IME_ADMIN' account is using up to 100% of the CPU resources; still for days now.
in the windows event log files several thousands of entries every few seconds are coming up concerning the connector:

"General: (MailEnable IMAP Service error: 0) QuotaAccountingMechanism::QuotaAccountingMechanism:: Warning occurred for MailEnable MAPI when calling LoadProperties. Returned: 3."

What is the reason? And what causes the CPU utilization?

any one???
