Hi All
We are experiencing an odd issue. We can send email fine via MailEnable but as soon as we send an email with a zip file attached, we receive the following error:
08/03/16 16:08:46 ME-IXXXX: [552] (Debug) Inbound connection from 192.168.0.10, family=2, port=25
08/03/16 16:08:46 ME-I0107: [552] Relay Granted: Sender IP (192.168.0.10) is within an authorized IP range.

A successful message looks like this:

Re: (recv) socket [552] was gracefully closed during [DATA] command by the remote client
Hi,
Most likely the cause here is that the SMTP transaction is being filtered via an SMTP proxy and is filtering the data that is being transmitted. It may not like the data being transmitted and drops the connection during the SMTP DATA command. Do you have a proxy/spam gateway in front of the MailEnable server? Also client side AV programs running email proxies and email scanners can also trigger when trying to send a message and drop the connection therefore you may to look into this as well.
