A .net framework update (KB3186539) breaks the webmail where it will not display the folders and emails. Uninstalling the update fixes it...but bear this in mind.
I am using Ent 9.75.

Upgrading to 9.75 will resolve this, and editing the web.config will also do this:

I upgraded to 9.75 Enterprise on Windows Server 2012 R2, and it did -not- fix the problem.
