No SMTP Real Time Activity is Displayed

Using ME Enterprise 10.12
There is no activity being displayed in the MEtray SMTP Real Time Activity or the Services>SMTP Outbound or Inbound connections even though mail is being delivered and shows up in the logs. Please fix this
