Sending emails - not delivered status

Post by Kristiyan.Iliev »

Hi mailEnable forum,

I read a lot but i still can't fix my problem.

Error:
MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Recipient: [SMTP:k.valchev@m-r-schweissen.com]
Reason: The message could not be delivered because the domain name () does not appear to exist.

Can you tell me how ti fix it.
Thanks a lot.

Kind Regards,
Kristiyan

Hi,

Use nslookup within a Windows command prompt and see you can resolve the domain your trying to send to. If it cant resolve then you have issues with your DNS server that is set on your NIC. Try and set the DNS server addresses within MailEnables SMTP service to Google DNS 8.8.8.8 to see if it fixes your problem.
