When I forward an email with 3 attachments, e.g., 1.pdf, 2.pdf and 3.pdf using Webmail, the recipients would receive the emails with 6 attachments with 1.pdf, 2.pdf, 3.pdf, 1.pdf, 2.pdf and 3.pdf. However, it could not be seen or discovered when composing the email.
I have tested the issue and found not all emails with attachments are affected. Only certain email with html format will be affected.
For the case with duplicate attachments, if I removed the email signature (html based), the issue will go away.
Is there any issue for webmail to parse the email signature with emails with html format?
Any ideas?

Hi,
Ok what email client are you using to forward the messages? Are you using web mail or Outlook (MAPI Connector or IMAP)?

Re: Duplicated attachment using Webmail
We just used web browsers to access webmail. I have tried Firefox and Chrome and the results were same.
I could send you the related email message and email signature file, if required. But I don't know how to attach the files in the private message.

Hi,
Probably best just lodging a support ticket via the form below. Lodge it under the category of "Upgrade" (free) and describe the problem and attach the files.
