Disabled DNS Blacklist but email still get checked with RBL

Disabled DNS Blacklist but email still get checked with RBL

I've disabled DNS Blacklist at postoffice level, but found out email is still being checked and Mark as Spam,

and it triggered my customized filter to add [SPAM] prefix to the Subject.

I checked and then unchecked this option and clicked Apply, still the same result.

Header of the email
X-RBL-Result: Generic, Fail
X-ME-Content: Deliver-To=Junk

Could this a error in the current v10.34?

I wonder if there is a way to create a global filter to exclude the DNS Blacklist checking for a particular postoffice?
