Just Upgraded to 10,37 Professional, now System Status is blank

Hi,
I just upgraded to 10.37 Professional and now in MailEmailAdmin is blank under Servers->System->Service Status.
It does not show any services in the middle pane, prior we had the complete list of services with options to start/stop/restart.
Ideas?

Just thought I would let you know I checked this on our updated 10.37 server and I can still see the service status's and restart them. ME sometimes does have a bug where you need to completely close and reopen the ME MMC in order to see the services in this window.

10.37 does have two other bugs we've found. Oceano and Mondo theme have tabs that do not work and all of the [default] identities are missing so signatures are broke until you go and recreate the [default] identities. Very frustrating patch, 1000's of support calls.

That's what I've been saying...the new hotfix/patch Should Not introduce new bug

Hi,
I closed and opened ME MMC and even tried with "Run as Administrator" but same issue, Blank in Service Status.
Over the weekend I will do a restart of the server to see if that helps.

Hi Ian,

I recreated a new .msc file for MailEnable administration with the instructions provided at http://www.mailenable.com/kb/content/article.asp?ID=ME020274

I created the new file (Console1.msc) in the default folder:
C:\Users\ABCDE\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools\

Double clicking the above file did not help, it was still showing a blank Service Status pane. (I didn't want to copy it to the MailEnable default folder until I was sure it was going to work or make it worse).

Hi,

Lodge a support ticket under "Upgrade" and provide TeamViewer access to the server so that technician can check further.
