Since upgrade to 10.39, we have seen huge uptick in CPU spikes and memory usage spikes coming from the IMAP process.
We upgraded to the beta on the overnight of 2022-Mar-21 to 2022-Mar-22.
We moved to the official when it was released.
On both upgrades there were noticeable changes to CPU and RAM usage.
Attached are some graphs over 60 days. The logs don't really seem to show anything out of the ordinary and user activity levels are essentially unchanged as well.
There are some "gaps" in the graph - those gaps are created by the IMAP and Indexing Service beating on the CPUs so bad that our Grafana service times out.
Are there any suggestions to tuning the new version to avoid spikes like this?

Re: IMAP service 10.39 High CPU and RAM spikes
This morning, some form of SSL error crashed the IMAP service as well.

Re: IMAP service 10.39 High CPU and RAM spikes
Hi,
From looking at the event log errors it points to an exception that was fixed in the official release of 10.39. Can you please ensure that you have downloaded 10.39 from our downloads page and upgraded to the correct official version. For safety measures can you please do this again. If the crash still occurs after this then please lodge a support ticket via our support ticketing system so that we can troubleshoot further.

Re: IMAP service 10.39 High CPU and RAM spikes
We verified the package installed and pushed a "full reinstall" of the 10.39 official package.
The CPU and RAM spikes are still present - and MEIMAPS.EXE is still unstable - but the error is different (as shown in next post).
Since update to 10.39 (beta or official) there was major change in CPU/RAM utilization, while our user base saw no changes in behavior or usage trends over last 6 months or longer - so there is definitely something different in the IMAP server process that now bottlenecks huge amounts of processor and ties down upwards of 2-4 gigs of ram at the same time.

Re: IMAP service 10.39 High CPU and RAM spikes
Per above advice, we verified the package install, and re-installed full the 10.39 official package. The only confirmation we have of this is the file dates are all 3/30/2022 -- because "version details" in properties don't show "build numbers" only major-minor - so differentiating between beta and official can only be done via file dates at this time.
-- here are the Event Log entries for the current crash of MEIMAPS.EXE
