Hello MailEnable community forums, can someone kindly assist to see what/where did I go wrong. I set up my mail enable and for whatever reason I am getting this error when sending out email. " Reason: 553 5.7.2 [TSS09 "
When I check my diagnostic I am getting a failure on SPF record. " No SPF record found for *MYDOMAIN*. (DNS_ERROR_RCODE_NAME_ERROR) - DNS Zone/Domain could not be found.
I've went ahead and triple checked that the record is there from my DNS registrant. My ISP is Verizon. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is this to Yahoo? The TSS09 error when sending to Yahoo generally means they have blocked your IP address:
https://senders.yahooinc.com/smtp-error-codes
Check the SMTP Debug log to see for TSS09 and see if there is more information. The Yahoo link above has information on how to help deliverability to them. You should have an SPF record and DKIM configured for the domain you are sending from as well.

I've tried everything under the sun with configuring the mail record. Can I paypal you to assist with this issue?
