It looks like you are forwarding all your outbound email back to your own server:
01/24/23 20:14:05 ME-I0122: [2BBD5793488448DEBF4CD5EDFFD47976.MAI] SMTP Server is forwarding all mail (directly) to SMTP Hosts [103.160.145.119].
Under the SMTP smart host settings are you redirecting it? You should not be forwarding it all back to your local IP.
