Received Multiple Email

Hello,

Currently, I am using ME Premium Edition (V10) and some of our email client have received email duplicate. We have checked in server and we got message in attach bellow. anyone experienced with this issue?

Hi,

You have a looping issue. Check that the recipient mailbox is not redirecting to it self.
