Receiving HTTP Error 503 when loading webmail

I'm receiving the error "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." when loading webmail. I re-installed Windows Server 2012 R2 a couple days ago. The webmail was working fine before. The Application Pool MailEnableAppPool stops on IIS when loading http://webmail.fk-stores.com

I've tried re-installing Mail Enable although this does not solve the issue.

Any help is appreciated

Dear Team

I have same issue http error 503

from meinstaller.exe i change the password but i cant change the password from application pool kindly provide the remote support...

Hi,

If you require a managed response then you will need to submit a support ticket. In the interim you need to ensure:

1. meinstaller.exe is run as administrator when you execute option 2
2. Your running the latest Standard version 10.27
