How To Install: HTTPMail Service, POP Retrieval Connector, and Management Service

Hello ME Forum,

This is my first time using/installing Mail Enable to use as a mail server on a Windows Server 2019.

I've installed Mail Enable and I've ran a diagnostic test. I'm seeing the following:

Mail Transfer Agent (None) Success Pass 
POP3 Server (None) Success Pass 
List Server Connector (None) Success Pass 
Postoffice Connector (None) Success Pass 
SMTP Connector (None) Success Pass 
HTTPMail Service (None) Status: Service Not Installed Pass 
POP Retrieval Connector (None) Status: Service Not Installed Pass 
IMAP Service (None) Success Pass 
Management Service (None) Status: Service Not Installed 

How do I install HTTPMail Service, POP Retrieval Connector, and Management Service?

That looks ok, the services not installed are not in the Standard version.
