Re: MEMTA.EXE Unknown error
Hi,
The error is related to the Plesk COM event that is enabled by the Plesk control panel when installed in conjunction with MailEnable. You will need to consult with Parallels on how to resolve the error. In the interim you can disable the COM event by following steps below:
1. Open Windows "regedit" and navigate to the following location:
32bit Windows:
64bit WIndows:
2. Change the Key name: Pickup Event Class Enabled - Decimal value is set to "0" for disabled state.
3. Restart the MailEnable MTA agent.

Re: MEMTA.EXE Unknown error
Hi there:
as parallel support say:
plesk 9.5.2 don't support mailenable standard v4.23
so the solution is: installing mailenable standard v4.16.
the question is,
Are you think the downgrade from v4.23 to v4.16 will work?!!
regards.

Re: MEMTA.EXE Unknown error
Hi,
To downgrade follow the procedure outlined within the following article: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/Content/Ar ... D=me020375 The same procedure in the article can be applied from standard to standard. You can find the 4.16 standard here: http://www.mailenable.com/history/

Re: MEMTA.EXE Unknown error
Hi,
I am back with the same problem.
I downgrade MailEnable standard to v4.16 as the following article: http://www.mailenable.com/kb/Content/Ar ... D=me020375 but after 9 days the same issue appeared again and when i check the mailenable version i found it is still v4.23 .
when I downgrade these steps was done:
[*]Copy the configuration & data folder.
[*]Uninstall v4.26 from add/remove programs (without restart windows ).
[*]install v4.16 with the same paths.
[*]restart windows then copy the configuration backup to original path
i notice the data folder and file didn't removed after uninstall so when when I finish downgrade i don't move back data backup.
so any suggestion!!

Hi,
After this step open Windows "regedit" and navigate to the following location:
Do you see a registry key in the right hand side window stating the 4.26 version number?

Hi,
You can enable Autoresponders manually within the mailbox properties window in the MailEnable administration console under the "Actions" tab.
