E-mail Always goes to Spam

Post by lTyl »

Hey guys,

I am running the most recent version of MailEnable Standard, however every single message I send out ends up in the Spam/Junk folder, such as GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail. The only time my e-mails do not go into spam is when the other e-mail server us using a custom solution. It's really bad especially when someone sends me an e-mail, I reply, and my reply ends up in Junk. So I would like it if I could figure out how to fix this.

Things that are set-up:
Reverse DNS
PTR Records
SPF Records
MX Records

Things I cannot get working:
DKIM - I tried using MailEnable Standard with DKeyEvent, but it seems my outgoing e-mails are not being signed with a Private key.

Things I checked:
IP is not on any blacklist
IP reputation is 'neutral'

E-mail header when sent to Yahoo! (SPF and DomainKeys only)
Received-SPF: pass (domain of mydomain.com designates 204.145.xx.xxx as permitted sender)
domainkeys=neutral (no sig); from=mydomain.com; dkim=neutral (no sig)

Any ideas why all of my mails are being sent to Spam/Junk folder?

Thank you,

Ty.

Hi,

Private message me your domain details that you have specified within the MailEnable SMTP general settings so I can perform various lookups.

Iam facing the same issue.

I have set up a single domain and did couple of test mails.

All are going in SPAM folder.

Unable to understand.

Copy of one of the header logs is given below.

When i am trying to use the same domain with amazon ses, it is going in inbox folder.

Please guide urgently.
