Sometimes when I send an email I receive a Message Delivery Failure email with the error "Remote SMTP Server Returned: 554 This server requires PTR for unauthenticated connections". After searching this error message on the internet. A webpage mentioned to test the domain with http://www.mxtoolbox.com.
After looking up my domain frasersales.com on http://www.mxtoolbox.com and then clicking the SMTP Test for mail.frasersales.com. There's an error saying "Reverse DNS FAILED! This is a problem". I do not think reverse DNS has been setup on the server.
My mail server is on Windows Server 2008 with DNS installed.
