Broadcast Massive Mails Issue

Dear Support,

I have a weird issue when sending mass emails to clients.
I have two group of email list created in Outlook 2003. First Group contain few hundreds recipient, second group contain 20 recipients.

When I send out email, the second group does not receive any email at all from the senders.

However, when i send separately to the second group (also send in BCC),the second group can received.
hmmm...btw, I am using ME Standard v8.52

Could someone assist?

How many recipients (outbound) I can send at one time?
Is it 300 only as seen in this link www.mailenable.com/kb/content/view.asp?ID=ME020268
However, I leave this option "restrict number of recipients per email to ...." untick, logically it should not have any limit right?
become unlimited?

Am I be able to increase this?Where can i set this?

Hi,

You need to upgrade to 8.54 as I believe there was a fix in this area that you need to apply.

After upgrade you mean I can send one mail to more than 300 recipients at once?

or still limited to only 300 recipients per mail?

Hi,

If you disable the limit there should be no limit. You still need to upgrade though.

Yes Ian, I didnt enable the sending per email limit. So it is unlimited recipients per email.
However, a lot of my recipients didnt rcv the mails. even internally. Some receive some dont.
I check from the log files, it shows "250 Requested mail action okay, completed "

nonetheless, my users didnt receveid the mails. weird.

the mail I send out to the following recipients:
abu@durametal.com.sg
Afik@durametal.com.sg
Adik@durametal.com.sg
def@newshan.com.sg

I have send to 3 different people with domain durametal.com.sg, however they didn't receive any single email. Only def@newshan.com.sg received it because it is internal email.
Could you please help?

The durametal.com.sg server is blocking your inbound connection with a 554 error:

Not much we can do to help. Check that you outbound IP address is not a blacklist. Also newshan.com.sg is not local.

The message to this domain is going out.
