Is there a way to alter the default display name in the Mail Enable program files?
Typically, when a user port scans a mail server, they look for brand names in the scan, thus finding out a specific type of service you are running, and how to exploit that saervice. Mail Enable displays the following upon a port scan - "ESMTP MAILENABLE SMTP SERVICE VERSION 1.5001 READY......" The pop service however does not.
Is there a way to change that display in an INI or some other file?
I ask this to tighten security holes.
