Hi
I am running Mailenable Standard on my server. I have setup 6 mail accounts - however - accounts keep appearing in the postoffice with random names. Also - there is a large amount of mail in the out queue. It appears that somehow these accounts are creating themselves automatically, and then people are using them to send spam.
Can you help please?

Do you happen to have Windows Authentication turned on?
Check this out:
"Active Directory/Windows Authentication
MailEnable Integrated Authentication allows you to use Active Directory/Windows Authentication as well as MailEnable's inbuilt authentication. It also allows you to have mailboxes created automatically as users successfully authenticate using Windows Credentials.

If that is turned on, then this may be how someone is creating accounts.
