IMAP High Memory Usage

We haver windows server 2012 and mailenable standart 9.0 installed. IMAP memory usage more than 2 gb , Does anybody know this cause?

Upgrade to version 9.04 and reassess from there.

I upgraded 9.04 , but the problem not solved. I looked activiy log , debug log. I cannot see cause.

The next step is to lodge a support ticket via the MailEnable support ticketing system and provide access to the MailEnable server via RDP or TeamViewer so that a technician can login and examine the IMAP log files and run process explorer and inspect the service memory usage in more detail. You may want to also create a dump file by right clicking the MEIMAPS.exe process at the time you see the high memory usage and select the option to "Create dump file" and leave a copy of the dump file on the servers desktop so that technician to can inspect it.
