[SOLVED] blank from field

Hello-

Just set up standard edition, added a domain and a couple of email addresses. When I send an email, it arrives at the destination but the sender information is blank - it doesn't say who the email is from.

No, it is empty and the drop-down is empty as well.

No, it is blank and the drop-down is also blank, so I can't "force" it.

The "From" field is blank. Additionally, the drop down to select a From address is also blank.

Hi,

That means that the mailbox does not have a mapped email address assigned to it. In the administration console navigate to the postoffice where the mailbox resides in. Locate the mailbox and then access the properties window for the mailbox. Under the "Addresses" tab assign an email address.
