Hi,
I recently migrated my may server to a new host and updated to 9.14.
I have found that, when creating a new mailbox, "Mailbox has a size limit" is checked by default and the limit is zero KB, even though there is no limit at the Post Office level.
Is there a way to reset the default to no limit for all new mailboxes?
Thanks

Re: Default mailbox quota
Hi,
Open the administration console and navigate to: Messaging Manager > Post Offices > postoffice name. Click on the postoffice name and in the right hand pane "Actions" menu use the "Set Quotas" option to set all quotas for all mailboxes.

Re: Default mailbox quota
Thanks Ian.
Unfortunately, that does not set the default for new mailboxes, which is the problem I encountered.
Under Messaging Manager, Properties, Administration tab, the default was set not to limit but new mailboxes were consistently created with a quota of zero KB.
I set the above to on and applied and then set it off and applied. New mailboxes are now created without a quota. Maybe a side-effect of migrating to a new server.
Cheers
