[SOLVED] Email Server Question

I installed mailenable in 9/14 and have used it since with no problems. However, last week office outlook 2016 started crashing with errors that it can't access the email server POP. It can send fine. I can ping the email server no problem. I have deleted an recreated the mailbox, I have uninstalled and reinstall outlook 365, have deleted and recreated the pst files. I have run outlooks repair, etc.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you analysed the MailEnable POP service log files to see what is happening when the client connects? Are you able to telnet to the POP service via a command prompt from the client machine?

I resolved the issue by using the logs and properties. Thanks..
