Hi!
I have upgrade standard version 6.x to 9.x, after upgrade all mail accounts stopped working.
"Unknown or disabled user".
Can't delete a user or a new user not working.
Can anyone please help me to find out the resolution?

Sounds like a permissions based problem. Run the MailEnable diagnostic report and check for permission failures on the MailEnable folders.

I have checked diagnostic report, all are green with "pass" status.
and also checked the IME_ADMIN permission is Full Control.

Run process monitor located at http://www.sysinternals.com and filter on the w3wp.exe process. Try to login to web mail and then check the process monitor output for "Access Denied" errors. The next test is to configure process monitor to filter on the mmc.exe and then try to add and remove a mailbox to see if there any Access Denied errors.
Also are there any errors being logged within the Windows event log at the time of your problems?

I can create new mail ID without any issue, when sending mail from out site getting failure notice:

I think this may be related to the automatic addition of the default domain to the username. There is a thread in the Professional forum about this.
