Hi,
my clients are getting spam from nonexisting@theirdomain.com, is there a way to block mails where the sender address is a non existing local address?
I found the option sender has to authenticate before using a local address but I can't use that because some of my clients are sending through the relay server of their provider and then they can't send to their own domain anymore?
Thanks for the help
Filip

Re: deny mail from non existing local address
Hi,
Enable the SMTP security option of "Address Spoofing" option and set the option to "Authorized connections can spoof sender address". Then add the IP addresses of the relay servers to the MailEnable SMTP relay option for "Allow relay for privileged IP ranges". Add the IP's to the "Deny all - except those in the list" option.
