Unwanted Postoffices are generating

Hello,

I have 3 editions of Mail Enable running on my different servers. All the services on all the servers were running fine. Suddenly the Server having the Free version (Standard edition) of Mail Enable started facing issues.

I noticed that unwanted Post Offices are getting created automatically. I scanned my servers and found one suspicious files which were under the unwanted domain only. I deleted that particular domains and then scanned again and did not find any suspisious files. But still the domains are getting created and also mailboxes under it are getting created.

If you could help me with this problem would be grateful.

Hi,

There is no functionality within MailEnable that would allow the creation of post offices automatically. Perhaps there is a script being run on the server using the MailEnable API or a third party control panel. Check the Windows security event log for suspicious logins to the server.
