Hi there,

I have a problem, i installed MailEnable and setting up mx records. Now i can send mail in local like xxx to xxx but i can not send xxx to gmail or etc. I dont know about dns records how should be i think problem about it.I use Google cloud vps. Here is my dns check from mailenable;

MailExchanger records specifically are used to define mail hosts for the specified domain. Mail Servers will attempt to send mail to these hosts first.

Alias records specifically are used to define hosts within the specified domain. Mail hosts will attempt to send mail to these hosts second.

CNAME Records are the last records that are used by Mail Servers to resolve a host.

The following results were derived by querying your DNS and Mail Server:

Domain Name: PASS,

Servers hosting DNS Records: PASS, Name Servers are:,,,

A Record Resolution ( PASS,

PTR Record Resolution ( PASS,

Server Responding ( WARN, No mail server responding on this domain

When I check the PTR record it's resolving to another hostname. Please nslookup results below:

Non-authoritative answer: MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = MX preference = 0, mail exchanger = internet address = internet address =
> set type=ptr

Non-authoritative answer: name =

It should be resolving to
