not able to recieve mail in mailenable manager

I have mailenable set up on a server.
when someone submits an email to ConOfflineQA@somedomain.com email address it should be picked up and then sent to another system Tririga in this case.

I am not able to get this to work on my new server. on my current QA server if I submit an email it works fine.
I double checked all my setting and they appear to be correct.

is there an setting in exchange or on the mailbox it self that needs changed? an IP address to point to my new server?

if I originate an email from mailenable manager it works fine.

any help would be great.

Hi,

Can you explain in more detail what settings you have configured within MailEnable? It sounds like you are trying to configure smart hosting. If this is the case do the MX records for the somedomain.com point to the MailEnable server?
