Not able to mail or recive mail

Hi all,

Since a week now i don´t get any mail and when i tried sending a mail from my mailbox it is not working. I am the admin of a server, this means that my clients also are not getting their email.

I have no idea how this is possible, this all started when i updated plesk. Maybe it had something to do with that? Please help me. Below you'll find the message that i get when i mail to someone en below that you'll find the diagnostic test.

Hi,

It terms of your problems sending to Gmail servers they are most likely rejecting your messages because your servers IP address is blacklisted. Please see: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?ac ... n=toolpage. Therefore the first step is resolving your problems is to visit the sites your blacklisted on and work out why you were blacklisted and have your IP removed.

You are also running an outdated version of MailEnable Standard edition and therefore you also need to upgrade to the latest version 9.77 to ensure you have all latest fixes and updates to MailEnable core services. For your problems not being able to receive emails you will need to use the "Track Message" utility (servers > Localhost >Diagnose > Track Message) within the MailEnable administration console to determine if the message was accepted and if there problems routing the message to the recipient mailbox.
