Purge utility custom folders

We tried the purge email utility and apparently works fine apart from one thing.... when a user creates a folder with a custom name and moves email to that location from webmail, this purge utility doesn't clean those emails

Is there a better solution to remove all email with more than X days from everywhere on a postoffice or globally, from any folder at all?

Hi,

The web mail client provides folder archiving options. Login to web mail and right click on the folder and select "Archive".
