Split Delivery from G Suite to Mailenable - Error 551

We have changed the MX records to Google and route emails to users which not in G Suite back to Mailenable. All incoming emails from external domains are fine except users in G Suite are not able to send email back to the users in Mailenable. (Same domain email being rejected)

This is the error
551 This mail server requires authentication before sending mail from a locally hosted domain. Please reconfigure your mail client to authenticate before sending mail.

I have done this "Anyone can spoof sender address" under smtp > security tab

Is there anything else I missed out?
