I am running MailEnable Standard Edition (V10). I have configured the server and can send emails successfully to external clients. But Cannot seem to receive anything from external clients.
I checked all my ports on FW, made sure the DNS resolves correctly but I get this warning when using this tool: https://www.mailenable.com/Tools/memaillookup.asp
WARN, No mail server responding on this domain
Anything I am doing wrong?

Re: Cannot receive Mail from external Clients
Hi,
Are you able to telnet to the SMTP on the MailEnable server from an external client machine?
1. From the Windows Start Menu select Start->Run and enter CMD as the application to open. Select OK
2. At the command prompt, enter the following:
telnet mail.example.com 25
If you are unable to establish a connection then most likely port 25 inbound is blocked and you need to create the relevant firewall rules. Check the Windows firewall rules as well on the MailEnable server.
