Got problem to receive email from only one customer

Hello,

I got an issue with someone using this domain lafrance.qc.ca

I track the message and I got this

was not routed from the SMTP inbound message queue by the local MTA

I receive all other email and everything seem to work well,

something strange is that we use to receive email from this person before and suddely the server block theirs email.

after reading some post I decide to uncheck dns blacklisting in smtp property, I check their domain and they they are not blacklisted on mxtoolbox

any clue ?

Hi,

You will need to inspect the SMTP activity log files and locate the inbound transaction from that server. Then inspect the SMTP debug log files to see if there were problems during the SMTP transaction.
